Ocean Network Express Pte. Ltd. has signed a Letter of Intent (LoI) with Shoei Kisen Kaisha, Ltd. for the 15-year long-term charter of six new Ultra Large Container Ships (ULCS) with capacity greater than 24,000 TEU each, the world's largest class ever.

Further to our Customer Advisory dated December 11, 2020, we would like to inform
you that the discharging operations of the remaining containers have been proceeding
steadily and 50 units have been safely discharged as of December 22.

Considering the recent COVID-19 cases are found in Dalian, unforeseen delayed can be expected
due to the needful inspections and disinfection requirements for reefers imports to Dalian. Equipment
is globally tight, and turnover will be subsequently prolonged with the action taken.
